The chef, entrepreneur and blogger in a previous life, will give you a warm welcome with some humoristic spices. This place has character and overall great food. From the counter kitchen his team serves quality craftsmanship, large roasting pieces and delicious sauces. A kitchen full of passion and high quality products: that is what counts at the ‘Table’. Every day an exceptional large piece is roasted on one of the two Flamberget grills.

We started with different tomato textures, well seasoned with olive oil that was infused with vanilla from tahiti, mozzarella di bufala, raspberries, purple basil and dandelion pollen.(18€)

Next was an excellent dish with tartar of bonito de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, cherries and Cristal Kaviari caviar.(29€)

As a main dish we enjoyed a beautiful piece of turbot de ligne that was roasted in butter ‘Rouge des Flandres’ and served with Battiglione cucumber, blackcurrant, clams and lovage condiments.(36€)

“Wine Coup de Coeur”: Cuvée Racines from Domaine Les Cailloux du Paradis. A complex wine, pure, with cherry and plum aroma’s and a great depth. On this cuvée, the main grape varieties used are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Côt and then a multitude of other grape varieties. Long maceration and up to 18 months of barrel ageing.
